L.A. Insurance, one of the largest independent insurance brokerages, is seeking a Zone Manager to own sales, operations, staffing and business development for a group of locations including Wyoming, Muskegon, Benton Harbor, Holland, Kalamazoo and Cadillac.

You will recruit licensed agents, coach field teams, optimize schedules, and drive revenue growth while upholding brand standards and compliance. This field-based leadership role requires frequent travel within the zone and strong people

Qualifications

Experience in multi-location sales environment.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and agency operations.
Active P&C license required.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned zone.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive zone performance metrics across quotes, policies, renewals, referrals, and revenue growth.
Coach and develop agents; recruit licensed agents and optimize schedules.
Grow the brand through local campaigns and partnerships with dealerships and community partners.
Maintain operational excellence; ensure agencies are compliant and well-branded.
