Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our operations team as a Zone Manager in ENTER HERE. This role involves managing customer and vendor relationships across assigned accounts, ensuring audits are completed, maintaining supplies, and coordinating delivery plans with vendors.

The position requires strong leadership, oversight of compliance standards, and the ability to respond to service calls promptly.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in janitorial/building maintenance/service industry, or exterior services, or restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within zone.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly visits with customer district/regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Visit accounts as scheduled and complete audits or reports.
• Ensure buildings are stocked and equipped; respond to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create/deliver delivery plans; source and schedule vendors.
