Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Zone Manager to oversee client accounts, vendor relations, and delivery planning within a designated zone. You will ensure service quality, safety compliance, and timely responses to inquiries while coordinating with district and regional leaders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience in janitorial or building maintenance, plus strong P&L and project planning capabilities to improve service levels and profitability across the

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in janitorial or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze area P&L and manage budgets.
• Strong client relationship skills to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts in the zone.
• Perform monthly/quarterly visits with district and regional management.
• Visit accounts, complete audits, and submit findings.
• Ensure buildings are supplied and responsive to service requests within 2 hours.
• Create and maintain delivery plans; source and schedule vendors.
• Provide backup crew support in emergencies as needed.
• Submit project dates to head office by the required date.
