Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Zone Manager for a full-time role in the St. Louis area. The Zone Manager will oversee the customer and vendor relationships within the assigned zone, ensure service quality, and manage delivery and scheduling with vendors and staff.

Responsibilities include audits, plan creation, budget awareness, and emergency coverage. A strong focus on safety, compliance, and professional client interaction is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in janitorial/building maintenance or related service industry.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within zone.
• Perform quarterly visits with customer district/regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Review audits and submit in portfolio as required.
• Ensure buildings are stocked and prepared, respond to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, source and schedule vendors.
• Submit project dates to head office by required date.
• Provide backup crew support in emergencies.
