Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a Zone Manager in Anaheim to lead day-to-day operations for assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate delivery plans, manage customer and vendor relationships, and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

The role emphasizes budgeting, staffing, safety, and strong client relations while delivering high-quality janitorial and maintenance services. Expect regular site visits and coordination with district leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in janitorial/building maintenance or related service.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal/state standards.
• Staffing management within defined budgets.
• Ability to analyze area P&L and control expenses.
• Strong project management and client communication.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Staff hiring, training, and disciplinary actions management.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within zone.
• Perform monthly/quarterly visits with district/regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Review accounts, complete audits, and submit findings.
• Ensure buildings are supplied and responsive to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, source and schedule vendors.
• Submit project dates to head office by deadline.
• Provide backup crew support in emergencies.
