Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a Zone Manager to lead operations within a designated zone. The role involves managing customer and vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, and coordinating staffing and logistics across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in janitorial/building maintenance, exterior services, or restaurant industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal compliance standards.
• Experience in staffing and budgeting, with ability to monitor budgets and staff levels.
• Ability to analyze area P&L statements to manage expenses within budget.
• Understanding of project management and effective communication of changes and progress.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships and ensure service levels per contract.
• Ability to manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned zone accounts.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Visit accounts to review audits and complete required documentation.
• Ensure buildings are supplied and equipped; respond to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create/deliver delivery plans; source and schedule vendors.
• Submit project dates to head office by required deadlines.
• Provide backup crew support in emergency situations.
