Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Zone Manager to lead operations within a designated zone. The role covers customer/vendor management, scheduling, and ensuring safety and compliance across assigned accounts.

You will oversee staffing plans, coordinate delivery and service, review audits, and respond quickly to service requests. This full-time position may require overnight travel within the territory and offers benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in janitorial/building maintenance or exterior services.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance standards.
• Experience managing staffing within budget.
• Ability to analyze area P&L and control expenses.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients.
• Ability to develop client relationships and deliver service levels.
• Ability to hire, train, and manage performance.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and vendor relationships for assigned accounts within zone.
• Perform monthly/ quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Visit accounts and complete audits and submit.
• Ensure buildings are supplied and maintained; respond to service calls within 2 hours.
• Create delivery plans and source/schedule vendors.
• Submit project dates to head office by date required.
• Provide backup crew work in emergencies.
