Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years' related field experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles with standard/automatic transmission.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle condition checks.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the placement of vehicles within the designated zone or move area to the defined standard established by lot operations leadership.
• Utilize dashboards to make move decisions and stage assigned zone area.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety and efficient vehicle movement in the zone.
• Move and stage vehicles safely to destinations to minimize drop-offs and loads.
• Confirm operability and engage service/tow teams as needed.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels for accurate movements.
• Communicate with crew leaders and managers about inventory levels and priorities.
• Model Cox/Manheim values and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Be a visible representation of the company’s safety commitments and behaviors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
