Job summary

Cox Automotive in Belcamp, Maryland is hiring a Lot Operations Specialist II to organize and move vehicles within designated zones, using dashboards to guide moves and ensure safety and efficiency. You will stage and label vehicles, coordinate with crew leaders, and uphold Cox/Manheim values while following safety procedures.

A HS diploma and driving experience are required, with opportunities for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination
• 3 years' related experience, or 5 years' related experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
• Basic mechanical knowledge (flat tires, low gas, jump-starting)

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle placement within the designated zone.
• Use Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to guide move decisions.
• Improve safety and efficiency of vehicle movement in the zone.
• Move vehicles and stage them safely to proper work destinations.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to track movements and reduce rework.
