Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Zone Manager to lead designated accounts, build strong customer and vendor relationships, and oversee staffing and scheduling within a defined zone. The role includes ensuring service delivery, audits, and timely responses, with occasional overnight travel as needed.

As a full-time position in a fast-paced environment, candidates should have multi-site management experience in janitorial or building maintenance services, knowledge of OSHA

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience, with 3 years in janitorial or building maintenance/service industries.
• Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal compliance standards.
• Experience supporting staffing levels within defined budgets and customer relations.
• Ability to analyze area P&L and ensure expenses stay within budget.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the customer and vendor relationship for assigned accounts within the zone.
• Performs monthly/quarterly visits with customer district and regional management to ensure satisfaction.
• Visits accounts as prescribed in portfolio and reviews/updates audits.
• Ensures buildings are properly supplied and equipped; responds to service calls within 2 hours.
• Creates and maintains delivery plans; sources and schedules vendors.
• Submits project dates to head office by required date.
• Provides backup crew work in emergency situations.
