Job summary

Chubb Benefits is seeking a Zone Enrollment Consultant to join our fast-paced, growing insurance team. You will support Combined US Sales and internal/external partners with enrollment solutions, data accuracy, and smooth onboarding of clients, including third-party case builds and issue resolution.

In this role you’ll work across IT, operations, underwriting, and vendor teams, ensuring data feeds, audit trails, and compliant enrollment processes while driving continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, enrollment administration, benefits administration, or a related role.
• Experience working with enrollment platforms, CRM systems, or policy administration systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure third-party (non-Selerix) enrollment system is configured correctly.
• Packaging build specs and consulting client’s technical resources on building plans and data feeds.
• Audit each case with client’s resources to ensure products are built correctly and employee experience is optimal.
• Ensure data feeds are established correctly and data mapping aligns with internal standards.
• Monitor enrollment activity, data integrity, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot and escalate platform issues, defects, and user access problems.
