Job summary

Chubb Benefits in the United States is seeking a Zone Enrollment Consultant to support the Combined US Sales team and external partners with enrollment solutions, including third-party case builds and data feeds.

The role focuses on accurate case setup, timely enrollment issue resolution, and coordination across IT, operations, underwriting, and brokers to onboard clients and maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations, enrollment administration, or related role.
• Experience with enrollment platforms, CRM systems, or policy administration systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure third-party enrollment system to match client specs.
• Package build specs and advise on data feeds for plans.
• Audit cases with client resources to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure data feeds and mappings align with internal standards.
• Monitor enrollment activity, data integrity, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and user access problems.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, underwriting, claims, and vendors.
• Support onboarding and training for internal users and brokers.
• Review case level enrollment data for accuracy.
• Document enrollment processes, workflows, and resolutions.
