Job summary

Chubb Benefits is seeking a Zone Enrollment Consultant to support the Combined US Sales team and external partners with enrollment solutions. The role focuses on accurate case setup, data receipt, user experience, and timely issue resolution for onboarding and ongoing management of clients.

The position requires strong attention to detail, experience with enrollment platforms, and the ability to coordinate across IT, operations, underwriting, and vendor teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, enrollment administration, benefits administration, or related role.
• Experience with enrollment platforms, CRM systems, or policy administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enrollment system is configured correctly for third-party integrations.
• Package build specs and guide client resources on data feeds and plan construction.
• Audit cases with clients’ resources to ensure accuracy and optimal employee experience.
