Job summary

Chubb Benefits is seeking a Zone Enrollment Consultant to join our fast-paced, high energy, growing company. This role supports the Combined US Sales team and partners with enrollment solutions, data feeds, and client onboarding.

You will audit cases, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate across IT, operations, underwriting, and vendors, including training internal users and brokers on Enrollment tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in insurance operations, enrollment admin, or similar.
• Experience with enrollment platforms, CRM, or policy systems.
• Strong detail orientation and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Experience in health, life, or commercial insurance enrollment is a plus.
• Familiarity with workflow tools, ticketing systems, or dashboards is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience supporting system testing or user acceptance testing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL, data validation, or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure third-party enrollment system is configured correctly.
• Package build specs and consult clients on data feeds and plan builds.
• Audit cases with clients' technical resources for accuracy and UX.
• Ensure data feeds are correct and mapped to internal standards.
• Monitor enrollment activity, data integrity, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and user access problems.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, underwriting, compliance and vendors.
• Support onboarding/training for internal users and brokers.
• Review enrollment data for accuracy, completeness, timeliness.
• Document enrollment processes, workflows, and issue steps.
• Track service requests, incidents, and platform metrics.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve enrollment efficiency and UX.
• Consult and support virtual enrollment opportunities (co-browse, telephonic).
• Support Pre-Enrollment Communication Strategy with PCA tools.
• Coordinate with home office to meet implementation/enrollment timelines.
• Triages 3rd party opportunities to appropriate home office resources.
