Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a CRM Administrator / Developer with strong Zoho CRM experience to maintain, customize, and enhance our CRM system. You will partner with the digital marketing team to automate workflows, build integrations, and develop reports that support business operations and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Zoho CRM experience is essential, incl. customization and maintenance.
• Experience building automation, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, customize, and support Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy CRM solutions to meet business needs.
• Build and manage automation, triggers, workflows, email templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain CRM integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with marketing on CRM-driven automation and integration projects.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance and usability.
• Document processes and technical configurations as needed.
