Colonial Group is seeking a Zip Line Operator to ensure guest safety on the zip course and to perform daily safety checks and maintenance. You will assist guests with harnesses, orientations, and gear usage while upholding high safety standards in a dynamic resort setting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, equipment inspection, and providing excellent guest service. This role requires physical activity and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work diverse schedules including weekends and evenings.
• Work well under pressure and stay focused on tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures of the zip line.
• Inspect course components and gear daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct safety orientation for guests and demonstrate proper gear use.
• Ensure harnesses and helmets fit correctly and supervise safety equipment.
• Attach guests to cable and perform safety checks before zip.
• Assist at landing point and with guest evacuation if needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and maintain gear.
• Wash, clean, sanitize, and prepare all gear and equipment.
• Assist with course and resort maintenance.
