Formación

• Fluency in Chinese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop client-centric search strategies and maintain a proprietary talent database.
• Source candidates through internal pools and external channels; conduct competency-based interviews.
• Prepare candidate assessment reports and coordinate interview logistics.
• Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding support.
• Monitor talent market trends through industry events and mapping.

• Monitor talent market trends through industry summit participation and mapping exercises.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Candidates who are sophomores or juniors and major in Human Resource Management or business‑related fields are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal aptitude with commitment to HR career development.
• Growth mindset with proven communication skills, self-motivation, and deferred gratification orientation.
