Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network. You will work with IT and security teams to ensure secure deployment, perform risk assessments, and respond to incidents.

You’ll drive Zero Trust initiatives, manage access policies, and align security with business goals. Stay current on threats and mentor teams within EY’s flexible hybrid environment and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
