Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure, partnering with IT and security teams to ensure robust Zero Trust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Strong understanding of IAM and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployments.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler best practices.
• Stay updated on Zscaler trends and technologies.
