Job summary

eNcloud Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Zero Trust Strategy & Roadmap in Houston. You will drive day-to-day PM activities, coordinate cross-functional maturity assessments, and facilitate workshops with CIO/CISO-level stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery of strategic initiatives.

The role requires 8–10+ years of project management in cybersecurity or enterprise IT, strong governance and reporting skills, and experience with ZTNA/SASE frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, infrastructure, technology strategy, or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional cybersecurity or enterprise technology programs.
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts and frameworks (identity, endpoint, application, network, data, ZTNA, SASE).
• Strong experience with project planning, workshop coordination, RAID management, roadmap tracking, executive reporting, and delivery management.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with diverse leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities supporting the development and execution of the enterprise Zero Trust Strategy and Roadmap.
• Coordinate maturity assessments across identity, endpoint, application, network, data, and security domains to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Schedule and facilitate workshops with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, network, data, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Develop future-state Zero Trust principles, guiding standards, target-state capabilities, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage workstreams across Identity, Endpoint, Application, Network, and Data Security to align with the Zero Trust strategy.
