Job summary

Electrosoft Inc. is seeking a Zero Trust Cybersecurity Engineer to assess current on-premises and cloud enclaves, identify ZT gaps, and craft migration plans leveraging ZT benefits.

You will become a subject matter expert in one of the DoD CIO seven pillars of ZT, guiding teams toward mission-focused security. The role emphasizes collaboration with the customer, development of implementation roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with NIST, RMF, and FISMA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in network solutions architecture, engineering, implementations and operations.
• Experience with cloud-based network infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud).
• Hands-on with enterprise-grade security & SIEM technologies (e.g., Zscaler, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, Splunk, ELK).
• Familiarity with NIST 800, RMF, Risk Management Framework, FISMA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform Zero Trust security readiness assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop Zero Trust implementation plans/roadmaps and migration steps.
• Research Zero Trust solutions and compare to similar technologies.
• Provide recommendations on policy, governance, and processes across milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to tailor Zero Trust requirements.
