Job summary

eNcloud Services LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Zero Trust Strategy and Roadmap, coordinating enterprise-wide assessments and governance.

You will drive workshops, align IT/OT security requirements, and report progress to CIO/CISO-level leadership while ensuring on-time delivery of milestones across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project/program management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities supporting the Zero Trust Strategy and Roadmap.
• Coordinate current-state maturity assessments across identity, endpoint, application, network, data, and security domains to stay on schedule.
• Schedule and facilitate workshops with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, network, data, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate development of future-state Zero Trust principles, guiding standards, target-state capabilities, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage workstreams covering Identity, Endpoint, Application, Network, and Data Security, aligning with the Zero Trust strategy.
• Coordinate SASE, ZTNA, and BeyondCorp strategy and related assessment activities.
• Support IT/OT security alignment within the enterprise Zero Trust strategy.
• Coordinate development of governance, operating model, and accountability framework across organizations.
• Track capability assessments, dependencies, risks, decisions, and actions across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain the phased Zero Trust implementation roadmap with milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate executive scorecards, KPIs, and progress reporting for leadership visibility.
• Facilitate governance meetings, document decisions and follow-ups, close outstanding activities.
• Prepare executive-status reports, presentations, dashboards, and roadmap updates for CIO/CISO-level leadership.
• Manage project schedules, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables per PMO governance.

Job Description

• Lead day-to-day project management activities supporting the development and execution of the enterprise Zero Trust Strategy and Roadmap.
• Coordinate current-state maturity assessments across identity, endpoint, application, network, data, and security domains, ensuring activities, inputs, and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Schedule and facilitate workshops and working sessions with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, network, data, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate development of future-state Zero Trust principles, guiding standards, target-state capabilities, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage workstreams covering Identity, Endpoint, Application, Network, and Data Security, ensuring alignment with the overall Zero Trust strategy.
• Coordinate Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), ZTNA, and BeyondCorp strategy and related technology assessment activities.
• Support alignment of IT and OT security requirements and ensure relevant considerations are incorporated into the enterprise Zero Trust strategy.
• Coordinate development of the Zero Trust governance, ownership, operating model, and accountability framework across participating organizations.
• Track capability assessments, maturity gaps, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items across multiple Zero Trust workstreams.
• Develop and maintain the phased Zero Trust implementation roadmap, including milestones, sequencing, dependencies, priorities, and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate development of executive scorecards, success metrics, KPIs, and progress reporting to provide leadership with visibility into Zero Trust strategy execution.
• Facilitate governance meetings, document decisions and action items, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of outstanding activities.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, presentations, dashboards, and roadmap updates for CIO/CISO-level and senior IT leadership stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to established PMO governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably supporting enterprise cybersecurity, infrastructure, technology strategy, or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional cybersecurity or enterprise technology programs involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts and frameworks, including identity, endpoint, application, network, data security, ZTNA, SASE, and related security capabilities.
• Strong experience with project planning, workshop coordination, RAID management, stakeholder governance, roadmap tracking, executive reporting, and delivery management.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, IT/OT, Application, Data, and business leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Zero Trust maturity assessments, strategy development, capability assessments, or enterprise security roadmaps.
• Experience working with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or similar enterprise security frameworks.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar tools for project planning, tracking dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience working in large, regulated, or critical-infrastructure enterprise environments.
