Job summary

CAC I International Inc. in Columbia, MD is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex Zero Trust engineering projects, focusing on cost, schedule, and performance.

You will serve as the technical contact for the Program Manager, contributing to schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation. Required are 8+ years of experience in technical requirements analysis and program management for federal contracts, a bachelor's degree, and PMP or DAWIA Level 3 certification.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience conducting technical requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for technical projects and contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with allocation of resources.
• Direct and mentor project team members to provide effective and efficient technical deliverables and engineering plans.
• Document system and process project improvements.
• Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet outcomes.
• Review risk and risk mitigation activities and provide mitigation strategies and plans.
• Develop Work Breakdown structures, Project Plans, and Project Schedules and Milestones.
• Provide detailed tracking of project requirements.
• Manage personnel management of technical project teams.
