Job summary

Digital Global Connectors is seeking an experienced Zero Trust Architect to design, implement, and mature enterprise ZTA strategies for a federal security program. You will lead identity-centric security across IAM, MFA, and privileged access while collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize security posture.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud security, RMF, and NIST controls, with the ability to obtain a Tier 2 Public Trust. Hybrid work arrangement; strong leadership expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years designing enterprise cybersecurity architectures.
• 3+ years designing or implementing Zero Trust Architecture initiatives.
• Experience with IAM, cloud security, RMF and NIST SP 800-53 controls.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust clearance.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise Zero Trust Architecture roadmaps.
• Design security architectures based on Zero Trust principles across IAM, networks, and data protection.
• Lead RMF support and coordinate with ISSOs during architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and stakeholders to modernize enterprise security.
• Evaluate and select security technologies and implement phased, low-disruption plans.
