Resource Management Concepts, Inc. seeks a Zero Trust Program Manager to lead NSWC Crane IT Division's transition to a Zero Trust Architecture. The role combines strategic planning with technical oversight, coordinating IAM, micro-segmentation, and endpoint security.

A flexible hybrid work environment supports on-site and remote work, with periodic on-site collaboration as needed. The ZTPM will guide strategy, assess maturity, engage stakeholders, and ensure continuous improvement and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity or IT program management experience.
• PMI PMP certification required and DoD security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and oversee Zero Trust transition leveraging ZTA frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, security, and mission partners.
• Assess maturity, gaps, and develop actionable roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with DoD Zero Trust Overlay and NIST SP 800-207.
