The role demands 10+ years in cybersecurity or IT program management, PMP certification, DoD overlay knowledge, and hands-on cloud security and enterprise networking, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement to deliver a resilient ZTA.
RMC is seeking a highly qualified Zero Trust Program Manager (ZTPM) to lead and oversee Zero Trust initiatives supporting NSWC Crane’s Information Technology Division. This role requires a strategic and technical leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the transition to a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
The ZTPM will lead NSWC Crane IT Division’s transition to Zero Trust Architecture by developing strategy, overseeing implementation, assessing maturity, engaging stakeholders, managing technology selection, and ensuring continuous improvement.
This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment, enabling employees to effectively perform their duties both on-site and remotely. While periodic on-site presence may be necessary for collaboration and mission support, the position does not require a full‑time, five‑day on‑site commitment, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work schedule.
