Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, cloud security, or infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years Linux/Windows, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 2+ years delivering solutions in regulated mission-critical environments (finance/healthcare/federal).
• 1+ year infra automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
• 1+ year REST APIs, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Illumio Core and Illumio Edge across on-prem, virtualized, and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement Zero Trust segmentation policies with mapping and boundaries.
• Develop Illumio workflows, runbooks, dashboards, and segmentation models.
• Integrate Illumio with SIEM/SOAR, CMDB, vulnerability tools, and cloud controls.
• Analyze traffic with VEN telemetry and refine policy to reduce attack surface.
• Troubleshoot performance, VEN installation issues, and policy conflicts.
• Onboard workloads with application owners and support change management.
• Lifecycle management: upgrades, health checks, cert operations, policy governance.
• Align Illumio policy models with NIST 800-207 strategies.
• Contribute to architecture standards and enterprise security playbooks.
