Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Multi-Cloud Engineer Architect SME to lead secure, scalable cloud designs across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments for a DoD contract. The role focuses on IAM governance, Zero Trust, and cross-cloud federation within IL4/IL5 accreditation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have DoD Top Secret clearance, IAT II certs, and 7+ years building Azure-based solutions in government settings.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• 7+ years designing and implementing secure Azure-based solutions in government environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement multi-cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, hybrid) meeting DoD objectives and cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead IAM governance and cross-cloud federation using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Develop and enforce IAM governance, Zero Trust Architecture principles, and RBAC across cloud/on-premises systems.
• Design and implement cross-cloud identity federation and SSO using SAML/OIDC/SCIM protocols.
• Integrate Azure Policy, SCPs, and Terraform/Bicep automation for compliance and least-privilege security.
