Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years of supervisor or team leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, nor H-1B or other visa categories.
• No relocation is offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana, CA (military exceptions apply).

Responsibilities

• Foster a zero-incident safety culture and align with Eaton’s Quality Management System.
• Lead department operations and prioritize production to meet on-time delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement using the CIF framework and standard work.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and cross-training; coordinate across shifts.
• Schedule daily work and review in-process inventory to align with goals.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings to discuss safety, performance, and policy updates.
