Job summary

CALSTART is seeking an OEMs & Equipment Project Manager to coordinate vehicle and equipment updates, dealer affiliations, and catalog changes for on-road and off-road voucher programs. The role interfaces with OEMs, dealers, and government partners to ensure accuracy of systems and information.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in transportation or clean-energy programs, strong project management, data analytics, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related field experience.
• 5+ years in transportation, vehicles, clean energy, or incentive programs.
• Experience managing projects and stakeholder relationships independently.
• Knowledge of on-road/off-road vehicles and zero-emission tech preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle, equipment, OEM, and dealer workflows across voucher programs.
• Serve as primary contact for OEMs and dealers with clear, timely communication.
• Review eligibility docs and reflect updates across Salesforce and public sites.
• Lead standardization of OEM workflows, catalog updates, and change processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support decision making with reports.
