Job summary

CALSTART is seeking an OEMs & Equipment Project Manager to oversee vehicle, equipment, and dealer data across on-road and off-road Voucher Incentive Programs. You will coordinate additions, updates, removals, and eligibility changes with OEMs, dealers, and government partners, ensuring accurate records in Salesforce and public platforms.

You will lead process improvements, develop training materials, and automate workflows to reduce manual tasks while supporting decarbonization goals through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, engineering, environmental studies, business; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in transportation, vehicle/equipment manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong PM, data management, and analytical skills; manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and website authoring; use spreadsheets and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle, equipment, OEM, and dealer workflows across CALSTART administered on road and off road Voucher Incentive Programs.
• Serve as a primary contact for OEMs and participating dealers; provide clear, accurate communication.
• Review and track vehicle/equipment approval or eligibility docs; ensure accuracy across Salesforce and websites.
• Lead projects to standardize and document recurring OEM and equipment workflows and catalog updates.
• Maintain and analyze data to identify trends, monitor workflow status, and prepare reports.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, templates, trackers, and training materials.
• Partner with Dealer Training & Engagement Team to translate policy and system changes into guidance and training.
• Collaborate with Voucher Processing, Policy, Technology, Data & Analytics, Marketing and government partners to implement program changes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work via automation and system enhancements.
