Qualifications

• Experience with hardware lifecycle processes (concept, design, validation, production, EOL) and ECR/ECO.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive vehicle program activities across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track risks, issues, and open actions; drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate program reviews, status meetings, and readiness assessments.
• Support engineering change management and maintain program documentation.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership through metrics and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and cross-program efficiency.
