Job summary

Catalyst Mobility, formerly CALSTART, seeks an OEMs & Equipment Project Manager to oversee vehicle/equipment and dealer related workflows across Voucher Incentive Programs. You’ll coordinate with OEMs, dealers, and internal teams to keep data accurate, current, and aligned with program requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong project management, data analytics, and communication skills, plus experience with Salesforce and CMS platforms. Travel may be required as programs scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, engineering, environmental studies, business administration, public policy, project management, data analytics, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in transportation, vehicle/equipment manufacturing, clean energy, or incentive program administration.
• Experience with OEMs, dealers, and zero emission technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and website content management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle, equipment, OEM, and dealer workflows across voucher programs and maintain accurate records in program systems.
• Serve as a primary contact for OEMs and dealers, communicating processes and requirements clearly.
• Track approvals/eligibility documentation and ensure data reflected across Salesforce and websites.
• Lead projects to standardize OEM/equipment workflows and develop SOPs and templates.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement program changes and automation opportunities.
