Job summary

Catalyst Mobility is seeking an OEMs & Equipment Project Manager to coordinate vehicle, equipment, OEM and dealer activities within Voucher Incentive Programs. Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will work with manufacturers, dealers, and government partners to ensure accurate catalog and records in Salesforce and public platforms.

The role requires experience with commercial vehicles or zero-emission tech, strong PM, data analytics, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, engineering, environmental studies, business administration, public policy, project management, data analytics, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in transportation, vehicle or equipment manufacturing, clean energy, incentive program administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle, equipment, OEM, and dealer related workflows across Voucher Incentive Programs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for OEMs and dealers, communicating program processes and updates.
• Review and track vehicle and equipment documentation, ensuring information is reflected across Salesforce and websites.
