Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Operations & Quality Leader to act as Chief of Staff to the GM of Heavy Duty Services ITR Engineering. You will own the QMS, drive governance, and lead a 500+ person team to deliver a $2B revenue portfolio with uncompromising technical integrity.

You will translate strategy into flawless execution, drive data-driven decisions, and uphold the GE Vernova Way across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. A strong leader with a data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering operations, quality management, or program management within an industrial technology environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own QMS and enforce “Zero Defect” quality standards across HDS ITR Engineering.
• Run the operating system including the annual priority roadmap and leadership cadences.
• Define metrics for engineering cycle time, quality escapes, and capacity utilization.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as Engineering 2030 and productivity actions.
• Manage demand and capacity with global resource planning.
