Job summary

Enso Village in Healdsburg, CA, invites applications for a Front of House Lead Server to support dining experiences for residents and guests. You will assist the Dining Room Manager, coordinate dining room operations, manage bar services, and lead by example to ensure consistent, excellent service.

Responsibilities include training new hires, pre-shift briefings, updating menus, executing BEOs with BOH, greeting guests, guiding residents through their meal, delivering food and beverages

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in Front of House operations; prior food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Food Handler certification required.
• English proficiency; written and spoken.
• Experience training, mentoring, and leading a team is highly desirable.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate courteous service to ensure a pleasant dining experience in line with Enso Village policies and Steps of Service.
• Serve as role model and motivator; guide the team and ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to new hires; develop understanding of all Front of House roles.
• Attend pre-shift meetings; inform staff of specials; ensure menu updates and assignments are communicated.
• Ensure BEOs are executed accurately and coordinate with BOH as needed.
• Update the Server Information Board with current offerings and assignments.
• Monitor phone answering protocols; respond to calls promptly.
