Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of food products, sanitation, and kitchen policies.
• Follow recipes and instructions from Executive Chef to ensure accurate meals.
• Portion foods per schedules and recipe guidelines while maintaining safety temps.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation of tools.
• Perform other duties to support kitchen operations as needed.
