Qualifications

• For education, a high school diploma is required and a hospitality degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years in front-of-house operations and supervisory experience.
• Proficient English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food and Beverage operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and orientation of dining room team.
• Supervise dining room presentation, including table setups, linens, decor, and overall cleanliness.
• Oversee POS management, beverage inventory, and bartender supervision.
• Maintain menus, meal counts, temperature logs, and staff schedules.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and counsel dining room personnel; foster teamwork and development.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to service protocols and health surveys.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Health Survey requirements.
