Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• A Food Handler certification or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating residents and guests when needed.
• Guide guests through dining experience with menu knowledge.
• Follow service protocols to maintain consistent procedures.
• Set and reset tables, keeping silverware, glassware, and napkins clean.
• Clear and tidy tables during service and remove used dishes.
• Assist in delivering food and beverages to tables with accuracy.
• Complete opening and closing duties and maintain side work.
• Address spills promptly and maintain safety.
• Clean equipment and keep it in good working order.
• Collaborate with management and staff to address guest needs and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward all team members and guests.
