Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems is beneficial.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating residents and guests when no host is available.
• Guide guests through menu and dining experience with knowledge of prep methods.
• Follow service protocols to ensure proper procedures.
• Set, reset, and maintain clean tables and silverware.
• Clear and remove dishes to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Assist in running food and beverages to tables.
• Complete opening and closing duties and side work.
• Address spills and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
