• Track production budgets and purchasing.
• Resolve logistical challenges before they impact production.
• Lead production meetings and planning sessions.
• Coordinate communication across creative, production, and post-production teams.
• Assign responsibilities and follow up on deliverables.
• Support Production Assistants and Production Coordinators.
• Foster accountability, organization, and operational excellence.
• Ensure productions remain on schedule.
