Grant Cardone Enterprises seeks an experienced Video Project Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end workflow of the video department. You will manage intake, author briefs, and coordinate with editors and producers to ensure on‑time delivery across YouTube, social, and internal content.

You will maintain the 12‑week content calendar, drive process improvements, and provide precise editor feedback to uphold brand and platform standards. Strong organizational skills and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in video production, post‑production, creative operations, or video project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end video production workflows, including storytelling, editing, pacing, sound, graphics, color, approvals, and final delivery.
• Proven ability to review professional video content and provide precise, actionable feedback to editors.
• Advanced experience managing complex workflows in a project management platform.
• Experience using Frame.io or a comparable video review and approval platform.
• Hands‑on experience using generative AI models and developing effective prompts to support video, creative, or operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Video Team projects from intake through delivery and closeout, coordinating final approval.
• Build, maintain, and improve Video Production workflows in Monday.com.
• Maintain a 12‑week content and production calendar reflecting shoots, editing, publishing and events.
• Meet with stakeholders to clarify objectives, audiences, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor capacity and assign work based on editor workload and priorities.
• Provide clear, time‑coded feedback to editors in Frame.io and consolidate comments.
• Coordinate shoot‑day logistics with Production Director and ensure handoffs to post‑production.
