TheSoul Group is launching a YouTube channel for an established TV series in the food and outdoor space. As YouTube Strategist & Channel Manager, you’ll set strategy and run the channel day-to-day, reading data to decide what comes next and collaborating with a dedicated editor to build on performance.

• 3+ years growing YouTube channels hands-on, with long-form and Shorts.
• Strong analytics skills, ability to turn data into creative direction.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and daily execution.
• Experience with brand integrations and advertiser guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Track channel performance weekly: views, subscribers, retention, CTR, sources.
• Create data-led briefs for editor on topics, hooks, length.
• Maintain publishing calendar: long-form videos + Shorts weekly.
• Grow across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook with platform-specific formats.
• Write titles, descriptions, captions and brief thumbnails; A/B test.
• Coordinate with client and frame content for review.
• Engage community by managing comments and feedback.
