Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with YouTube, Search, or Video Advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own daily YouTube Studio channel management and optimization, including thumbnail tests and metadata updates.
• Develop and manage the YouTube programming calendar and cross-linking across long-form, shorts, collabs, and posts.
• Analyze analytics to diagnose performance drivers and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with internal producers and creative studios on data-backed greenlight briefs.
• Perform back-catalog audits and packaging refreshes, delivering performance readouts to leadership.
