YouTube is seeking a data-driven Social Strategist to join the Brand and Social Marketing team. Build scalable social infrastructure, drive always-on presence and paid social strategies to maximize business impact.

You will collaborate with Campaign leads and regional teams to scale globally, surfacing insights with Google Brand Studio to inform future initiatives and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in social marketing.
• Experience developing data-driven social strategies for global brands.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams.

Responsabilités

• Build replicable frameworks, activation principles, and playbooks for implementation across YouTube Marketing.
• Partner with Editorial and Campaign teams to scale social strategies and activations.
• Drive initiative social strategy and thought-leadership with campaign leads for priority product areas.
• Collaborate with analysts to track social performance and derive actionable learnings.
• Work with Google Brand Studio to surface performance insights and learnings across the business.
