Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr. Manager, Creator Partnerships to define and drive Disney’s content strategy across high-impact creator initiatives on YouTube.

This role leads a portfolio of premium creator relationships and orchestrates end-to-end deal strategy, content reviews, and performance optimization in a matrixed enterprise. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in influencer/creator marketing, talent partnerships, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop creator strategies and manage high-profile creator relationships and execute integrated, social-first digital content programs at scale.
• Experience managing complex, high-value creator, talent or content partnership agreements, including scope, deliverables, usage, performance expectations and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator strategy for high-priority partnerships to drive engagement, relevance and measurable marketing impact.
• Steward a significant portion of Disney’s creator investments and align leadership, legal, business affairs, finance and stakeholders on deal strategy.
• Lead the full lifecycle of creator partnerships from strategic brief development to post-campaign value assessment.
• Own senior-level relationships with third-party creator partners, agencies and production partners.
• Architect channel, content and activation strategies across appearances, integrations and Disney-owned distribution opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams across marketing, legal, finance, operations, production and platform teams to ensure programs are aligned and executed with excellence.
• Identify, evaluate and advance new creator opportunities with rigorous brand-fit, audience, commercial and risk assessments.
• Set performance expectations, reporting cadences and optimization plans for creator partnerships.
