Job summary

AmeriCorps State / National program, YouthBuild Coord- Brattleboro Housing Partnerships/VHCB, in Brattleboro, Vermont. Full-time term requiring 1720 hours over 47 weeks, with a living allowance of $31,000 and an education award of $7,395 upon completion.

Position supports outreach, partnerships, curricula, and data tracking to scale youth programming, aligned with SASH and LEAP integration, delivering multi-generational housing services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Interest in youth development and housing partnerships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structure youth programming focused on career exploration, life skills, and leadership development.
• Design outreach strategies and engagement systems to increase youth participation across housing sites.
• Build and maintain community partnerships to expand services.
• Coordinate program logistics.
• Create and maintain program materials.
• Track participation, outputs, and outcomes using data systems to support evaluation and improvement.
• Strengthen integration between YouthBridge and SASH/LEAP.
• Support group-based activities and workshops that build skills.
• Develop systems and processes that ensure program sustainability.
