Job summary

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is hiring a Program Coordinator for the YAWL Young Adult Job Centers to oversee the portfolio, supervise staff, and implement workshops and trainings. You will ensure quality services and coordinate partnership activities to support youth ages 16-24 in career readiness and college/career exploration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with diverse youth and workforce development preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Young Adult Work Link program and service delivery model.
• Develop policy and procedure recommendations to strengthen the program.
• Ensure program development aligns with quality standards and deadlines.
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
• Lead outreach and cultivate partnerships to support recruitment and engagement.
• Conduct participant assessments and provide case management and guidance.
• Develop vocational goals and career plans with participants.
• Deliver job readiness training workshops and career exploration activities.
• Coordinate GED attainment, tutoring, and college/workforce training services.
• Provide 1:1 career guidance and placement assistance and follow-ups.
