Job summary

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the Young Adult Work Link program. You will supervise staff, manage workshops, and ensure high-quality services that help youth ages 16-24 prepare for college, work, and adult life.

Reporting to the Program Supervisor, you will coordinate internships, provide career guidance, and connect participants to CYC and partner resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with diverse youth and communities is preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating programs is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work Based Learning portfolio and program delivery.
• Develop and implement program policies and best practices.
• Lead outreach and recruitment to support participant engagement.
• Coordinate internships and partnerships with local employers.
• Provide case management and career guidance to participants.
• Supervise program staff and support professional development.
• Collaborate with Workforce team on program planning.
