The Education, Career, and Enrichment (ECE) department at CASES seeks a Youth Worker to build transformative relationships with young men in a South Bronx and Harlem neighborhood-based program. The ACES program targets youths 16-24 who may face high-risk environments and system involvement, guiding them toward education, vocational training, and employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Passion for working with youth impacted by the criminal legal system.
• Willingness to adhere to an evolving program model.

Responsabilités

• Develop trusting/transformative relationships with youth in the program.
• Contact with youth 2–3 times per week in the community.
• Escort participants to appointments (DMV, HRA, school, vital documents).
• Enter daily progress notes by close of business.
• Participate in in-office programming as appropriate.
